According to this, Soon-sub-Bell passed the medical test and finished his contract.

Soonseop-Bell was set to leave the club after his contract with Chelsea expired at the end of the season.

He was originally a midfielder, but switched to a striker at Chelsea. His change of position was successful for Sunsub-Bell. At the age of 16, he played with the Chelsea Under-23s and was considered one of the club’s top talents, and in the 2019-20 season he was noticed by scoring 26 goals in 17 matches for the youth team. In February 2021, he made his mark as the first player since Roger Beal in 1961 to score four goals in the FA Youth Cup.

Soonseop-Bell made his first-team debut in December 2021 against Brentford in the EFL Cup. However, it was his first and last first-team game, and he decided to transfer to secure more playing time in the first team ahead of his 20-year-old.

According to The Athletic, Soonseop-Bell is Tottenham’s second contract in the winter transfer window after Arnaud Danzuma. Tottenham signed the 2nd and 3rd contracts in one day, even confirming the signing of Pedro as a prisoner.
