Noh to miss up to two weeks…Sutton says “I don’t want to use injury as an excuse”

The Lotte Giants are riddled with injuries. For now, the answer is to hang in there.

Lotte manager Sutton explained his team’s approach to the current injury bug ahead of their game against SSG Landers at SSG Landers Field in Incheon on Saturday.

Lotte is currently dealing with injuries. They were prepared for it to a certain extent because it didn’t come out of nowhere, but they are facing a tough time with all the injuries at once. Rex’s knee is not fully recovered and Noh Jin-hyuk is out with a side injury. The good news is that Noh’s injury did not lead to a tear.

After being dropped from the first team the day before (Nov. 15), Noh went for an MRI during training, which revealed a simple sprain, not a rupture. Sutton said: “There is no tear or rupture in the muscle. It’s a simple sprain. “I’d say we’re thinking about a flexible timeline for her return, anywhere from 10 to 14 days (two weeks) to be generous,” Sutton explained.

In the meantime, Lotte will have to hold on as the injuries roll in. “I think we’ve been playing good baseball lately,” he said, “and good baseball is about not giving up. Good baseball is a game where you don’t give up. Even if we are losing, we are playing tenacious baseball, tying and coming back. “We have a lot of nagging injuries right now, and I don’t want to use injuries as an excuse. As a manager, it’s our job to make substitutions and find ways when we have injuries. We are playing well now, but we need to find a way to play well,” he emphasized.메이저놀이터

On the other hand, LOTTE will feature catcher Son Sung-bin, who made his first appearance on the first-team roster after being discharged from the army the day before. Hwang Sung-bin (center field), Jeon Jun-woo (left field), Ahn Chi-hong (second base), Jeong Hoon (first base), Yoon Dong-hee (right field), Han Dong-hee (third base), Yoo Kang-nam (designated hitter), Son Sung-bin (catcher), and Lee Hak-joo (shortstop) are the starting lineup.
